At Bare Essentials, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our handmade, plant-based skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we are here to ensure you have a positive experience with our products.
Damaged or Leaking Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or leaking and the issue is not caused by the shipping carrier, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Please note that Bare Essentials is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is damaged during transit, we recommend contacting Canada Post directly to file a claim.
